No monthly fees is charged from subscribers. The price of service and products varies depending upon the service/product and the complexity of the design. Price of the painting/service starts from 50 USD.

Method of payment

Method of payment is credit card. If you want to use other methods of payment, please contact at shikhambri@gmail.com. For commission paintings, 50% of the amount has to be paid upfront before the start of painting.

Delivery time and method of good

The painting will be delivered to the address entered in advance within 21 days after confirmation of payment from the customer. Customer will be notified upon shipment.

Returns/cancellations

As a general rule, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for art works. However, this is not the case in the following cases.

In such cases, we will cover the usage and shipping costs.

・If the delivered product has defects, etc.
・If the delivered product is different from the order contents
